Who are we?

A bit more about us...

Yetinet are a team of developers who got fed up with the poor standard of customer service that most hosting companies offer.

Being developers, we engage and deal with hosting companies all the time. Technology wise - most hosting companies have an amazing offering. They have superb setups, and can offer some brilliant prices too. The problem comes if you need help, have a problem or just want to ask a question.

We were constantly coming up against companies who are hidden behind a maze of technical support, emails and NEVER real people! We saw an improvement could be made, so we wanted to step in. We want to help our clients, not hide from them.

We set up Yetinet as an alternative to the huge, corporate hosting companies that are out there. We wanted to offer the same security, performance and reliability but with an open and honest support team to back it all up.

Hosting is a crowded market, but the majority of providers badly lack when it comes to support and help. That's where we wanted to step in and make a difference.
